Returning to Nature does not use "electronic billing" and is a cash-only service. Meaning that we do not file electronic insurance claims under any circumstances; and all payments must be made with valid credit or bank-issued debit card. Returning to Nature does not store your credit card information. Your credit card information is processed through a secured and encrypted server connection. We do not store your payment information or any other sensitive information.
If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your session time may be cancelled or condensed depending on the severity of tardiness, and the schedule of the day. A 24-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if it becomes necessary to reschedule your appointment. There is a cancellation fee of $25.00 for missed appointments without proper notification (i.e. “no call, no shows”). Products and services rendered are non-refundable.
